  • The most common type of diesel fuel. It is refined from crude oil and used widely in trucks, buses, and heavy machinery. Red Dye or Clear qualities.
  • Made from renewable sources such as vegetable oils or animal fats. Biodiesel can be used in pure form (B100) or blended with petroleum diesel (common blends include B20, which is 20% biodiesel, and B5, which is 5% biodiesel).
  • Also known as gas-to-liquid (GTL) diesel, it is created from natural gas or biomass through a chemical process. It burns cleaner than conventional diesel.
  • Diesel with significantly reduced sulfur content, mandated in many countries to reduce emissions and improve air quality.
  • Similar to biodiesel but processed differently to produce a fuel that meets the specifications of petroleum diesel. It can be used without blending.

  • Used in fleets of vehicles that have been adapted for natural gas use. It is also used in industrial and manufacturing processes because of its cost-effectiveness and reduced emissions.
